As a responsible company, Carven is virtually committed to occupational health and safety for its employees, customers and contact parties. To achieve our goal "zero accident", we have to comply the following policy and establish a steering committee to implement the management system.
 
 
1.
Continually improve occupational health and safety performance, with at least compliance with all relevant legislation regulation and other criteria to which the organization subscribes.
2.
Incorporate health and safety as part of business decision for major projects and company development.
3.
Achieve high standards of operational integrity and adopt preventive measures to minimize hazards and risk to health and safety.
4.
Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out all tasks in a safety manner and put safety is the fundamental of every job.
5.
Encourage business partners, suppliers and contractors to comply with our occupation health & safety policy and share experiences among interested parties.
 
 
The company must take the responsibility to protect the environment on Earth. In order to minimize the environmental impacts concerning our activities, products and services, we have to comply with the following policy.
1.
Continually improve our environmental performance to comply with relevant environmental legislation, regulation and other criteria to which the organization subscribes.
2.
Conserve raw materials and energy by the principle of 4Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Replace.
3.
Incorporate environmental impact assessment as part of business decision for major projects and company development.
4.
Select environmental acceptable materials, processes and technologies for manufacture.
5.
Encourage implementation of environmental protection principles by customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
6.
Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out delegated tasks in an environmentally responsible manner.
7.
Adopt measures to control, prevent and minimize the risk of environmental incidents and accidents.
8.
Share ideas and experiences among interest parties concerning any environmental issues and control.
 
 
The company is responsible to RoHS directive with the following policy:

1.
 Set up and continue update management system in compliance to RoHS directive.
2.
 Conduct RoHS impact assessment to all materials from our suppliers.
3.
 Implement and control all RoHS documented measures throughout our supplier chain and production floor.
