We provide EX-work from WuXi plant shipped either by Air or Sea, with options FCA Shanghai, CIF and DDU to point of destination. |

For quick sample, we offer 3 – 6 working days with premium charge imposed. For normal sample and mass production, lead times are 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively. |

| 5/ What will be happened if I made the payment later than agreed payment terms? |

2% interest/ month will be incurred. Further penalties such as shortening credit terms, credit hold and legal proceedings may be incurred for continuous arrears. |

| 7/ What is the minimum order value (MOV) for a part number? |

USD 2,000 per order for PCB. USD 4,000 per order for PCB with PTF. However, if value is below MOV, we welcome batch order with agreed price to allow a more flexible total purchase order value. |

We can offer 18 um (1/2 oz) to 105 um (3oz) copper thickness. |

Our products are 94V-0 approved. Boards will bear UL logo upon request, otherwise we shall only put our company logo with weekcode. |

We use green Liquid Photo Imagable (LPI) Soldermask for our PCB production. |

| 8/ What action should be taken if I need to make changes once the design has started? |

Once your order is confirmed, changes can be made by emailing us at admin@carvencircuits.com.hk with detail description of engineering changes. The order will put on hold and revision change will be reviewed by our APQP team. These changes will be confirmed by email and subject to re-quote; re-schedule or scrap WIP at customers' account. |
